Environmental Review

The City contracted LSA Associates to prepare an Initial Study pursuant to CEQA to identify and address potential environmental impacts the project and associated construction work may have.

The Initial Study found that, with mitigations, the environmental impacts would be less than significant. A Mitigated Negative Declaration has been prepared.
