Business and Rental Taxes

If you operate a business in Piedmont or do business in Piedmont, you need to get a business license and pay business tax annually. If you rent or lease out property in Piedmont, you need to pay a business tax on the rental income earned.  This is often also referred to as a rental license, or rental tax.
