Linda Beach Tot Lot Equipment Replacement

Summary: This project will replace the aging playground equipment at the Linda Beach tot lot, and:

• create ADA access from Linda Avenue to the playground
• resurface the playground with ADA compliant matting
• install a new water fountain or bottle filling station

For those who are unable to attend, an online feedback opportunity will be available after the open houses.

Anticipated Project Timeline:

• Summer and Fall 2024: Informational updates at Recreation Commission and Park Commission
• Winter 2024: Playground users will have an opportunity to inform selection of new equipment
• Spring 2024: Contractor solicitation and award
• Summer 2024: Construction
