Set aside a few hours on Saturday, June 14 to level up your readiness for a wildfire.

Blair/Scenic/Alta Neighborhood: Practical Evacuation Exercise

Residents in the practical exercise area will get an AC Alert notification the morning of June 14 instructing you to evacuate to the Fire Station. Emergency responders may knock on your door around 9am as part of the exercise.

All other neighborhoods: At-home Exercise

If you live outside the Blair/Scenic/Alta neighborhood, you'll receive a different emergency alert the morning of June 14th, with a link to an evacuation preparedness activity to complete with your household at home.

We'll send the notification using AC Alert, the emergency alert system for Piedmont and Alameda Couty. If you're not registered for AC Alert yet, sign up now.

10am: Community Preparedness Town Hall

After the exercise, join us at the Fire Station for a debrief. You'll have an opportunity to share observations from your experience, ask questions, and speak directly with emergency responders:
