Before you start

These items are considered electronic waste:

  • TVs (no wood cabinets)
  • Computer monitors
  • Computers
  • Keyboards, cables, small accessories
  • Inkjet printers, scanners, fax machines
  • Laser printers/desktop copiers
  • Audio/video equipment (stereos)
  • Video games, VCRs, DVDs, etc.
  • Uninterruptible power supplies
  • Cellular/cordless telephones, answering machines
  • Laptops & accessories

Steps

  1. Call Republic Services at (800) 320-8077.
  2. Schedule a day for pickup.
  3. Collect your materials:
    • Small items need to be bagged, boxed or bundled.
    • Large items like printers or screens can be set out loose.
  4. On the day of your pickup, put your electronic waste on the curb in front of your house.

Republic Services will pick up your electronic waste and properly dispose of it.
