Wireless Communication Facility Planning Permit

Applications for Wireless Communication Facilities (WCF) are governed by Division 17.46 of the Piedmont City Code, as well as state and federal law.

The City's Planning & Building Department is responsible for processing applications for wireless communication facilities and working directly with the Planning Commission and City Council regarding review and consideration of the applications.

How to apply

The City of Piedmont has a new online permitting system called eTRAKiT. You can now apply for and track your wireless communication facility planning permit online. Paper and email applications for this planning permit are no longer accepted.

This permit type is called WCF in the online permit system.
