PEF Carnival
Enjoy carnival games like Ring Toss, Alien Invasion, Krazy Kans, and more! There's snow cones and lots of fun volunteers to help your kids play. Buy your kids their wristbands in advance at PiedmontStore.org. A wristband gets you unlimited carnival games, one walk through the Cake Hop, and one snow cone. All sales benefit Beach, Havens, and Wildwood.
Community Groups Tables
Showcase your organization at the Harvest Festival!
All community groups are invited to participate, subject to two rules:
- Tables must incorporate a "harvest" theme in some fashion. (Examples: mini pumpkin toss game, harvest themed coloring sheets, plant giveaway)
- No sales or requests for donations are allowed
To register a table, contact Jessica Pomey at [email protected].
Art Show
A wonderful part of the Harvest Festival is the display of local artists around the Tea House.
We are now accepting applications. If you live in Piedmont and would like to submit your art for consideration, please contact Jane Reed at (510) 654-2670 for additional information.
Scarecrow Alley
The theme for this year's Scarecrow Alley silent auction is "Storybook Characters".
This treasured tradition is a great class project! It's a fun way to meet the parents and kids in your child's class. Ideally, a family in each class will volunteer to coordinate the creation of a scarecrow. Scarecrows are usually put together in a backyard, a park, or school playground and they need to be delivered to Piedmont Park on the morning of the festival.
For more information, contact Dani Friedland at the Piedmont Education Foundation: [email protected].

- 8:30am-11:30am: event set-up
- 3:00pm-5:00pm: event break down
