Linda Beach Tot Lot Equipment Replacement

Summary: This project will replace the aging playground equipment at the Linda Beach tot lot, and:

• create ADA access from Linda Avenue to the playground
• resurface the playground with ADA compliant matting
• install a new water fountain or bottle filling station

Status: Planned

Anticipated Project Timeline:

• Summer 2024: Informational updates at Recreation Commission and Park Commission
• Fall 2024: Public engagement, including an on-site community workshop
• Spring 2024: Contractor solicitation and award
• Summer 2024: Construction

Upcoming Meetings

The project team will present an informational report about the plan to replace playground equipment at upcoming Commission meetings:

• Wednesday, June 19, 7:30pm: Recreation Commission
• Wednesday, August 7, 5:30pm: Park Commission
