Waste Collection Customer Service Survey

Waste Collection Customer Service Survey

November 17, 2022

Help Piedmont's Sustainability Division better understand your experience of compost, recycling, and trash collection services within the city by completing a brief online survey.

This survey is an opportunity for residents, business owners, and property managers to help us understand what works well today and where there is room for improvement. City staff will use the information gathered to target future improvements and to help shape public education and outreach initiatives regarding available services, waste reduction, and composting.

The survey asks for your input about:

  • general satisfaction with waste collection services in Piedmont
  • awareness of cost saving opportunities, including annual pre-payment discounts and on-premises service at curbside rates for physically disabled customers
  • composting habits and understanding of waste sorting guidelines
  • disposal practices for bulky waste items, such as mattresses, couches, and appliances

The survey will remain open through December 31st, 2022 and should take less than 10 minutes to complete.
