While responding to emergency calls is the most obvious job of the Piedmont Fire Department, there are a host of services and programs overseen by the Department to ensure the safety and enjoyment of the city's residents. It is the Piedmont Fire Department's firm belief that this organization exists to not only solve problems for citizens in need, but help prevent them and maintain Piedmont's history of a family friendly, safe and caring community.
