COVID-19 Advisory Notice Regarding Public Meetings

Consistent with Executive Orders No. N-25-20 and No. N-29-20 from the Executive Department of the State of California, all essential meetings are being held virtually. The City Council Chambers will not be open and Councilmembers, Commissioners, staff members, and members of the public will participate virtually via ZOOM teleconference or other means. 

The exact participation details are spelled out on the agenda for each meeting. To participate in the meeting by providing public comment, members of the public may use the ZOOM platform to make live, verbal public comments. 

Any member of the public who needs accommodations should email the City Clerk at or call (510) 420-3040 who will make their best efforts to provide reasonable accommodations to provide as much accessibility as possible while also maintaining public safety in accordance with the City procedure for resolving reasonable accommodation requests.
