• Request for Proposals: Preparation of Housing Element Programs

Summary: The City of Piedmont is seeking proposals from qualified persons or firms to provide professional services for the preparation and implementation of certain programs outlined in the City's 6th Cycle Housing Element. These programs will support households with lower incomes, including special housing needs populations, lower-income homeowners, and people experiencing homelessness.

Desired services include:

• Prepare research and recommendations in support of the implementation of affordable housing funding strategies in Piedmont's Housing Element
• Prepare and present draft zoning and subdivision standards to guide new development
• Prepare and present recommendations or draft regulations and procedures to implement a variety of Housing Element programs
